Hauppauge Asphalt Plant Accused of Polluting Air
The state Department of Environmental Conservation has issued two notices of violations for air pollution to Intercounty Asphalt Supply in Hauppauge. Suffolk Legis. John M. Kennedy (R-Nesconset) said that when he learned of the problem he immediately contacted the DEC and the county Health Department. (Full Story)
